French skin care specialist Carita has developed a new preventative anti-ageing skin care line designed to provide optimum moisture to dehydrated skin whilst combating the signs of skin ageing.
Ideal Hydration comprises five skus containing water taken from a lagoon on the Polynesian island of Raïatea, which is said to be rich in mineral and trace elements, and provides immediate hydration to parched skin. An Aqua-Fix complex containing sodium bio-hyaluronate and sugars found in the skin helps to provide long lasting moisture, while Aqua-Move complex containing codium and wildflower extract helps to promote moisture retention and facilitate the circulation of moisture in the skin.
In addition, noni extract and complex sugars make up the Hydra-Youth complex, which is said help to revitalise skin and protect it against external aggressors. Products include: two cleansers - Lagoon Gelée and Lagoon Water; correcting Lagoon Serum; protecting Lagoon Cream; and Lagoon Bath, a moisturising cream mask.
