L’Oréal to invest $50m in Mexico hair dye plant
Centre will be the company’s largest
L’Oréal has announced it is to invest £50m to build its largest hair dye centre in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The plant is expected to create 800 jobs and will start operating in March 2012.
The beauty giant plans to manufacture 700,000 units of hair dye a day and 200 million units a year, 70% of which will be exported to the US market.
