KMPT UK has joined forces with GL Filtration Ltd to develop a new lab scale conical mixer dryer, designed for R&D before full scale production and the manufacture of small quantities of expensive products.


KMPT UK has joined forces with GL Filtration Ltd to develop a new lab scale conical mixer dryer, designed for R&D before full scale production and the manufacture of small quantities of expensive products.

The CD80-3 mobile mixer dryer is the first product to be created under the new joint venture between the two companies, and is designed for simple plug and play operation. The mobile unit features a compact bottom drive system to allow for easy emptying, as well as a weigh scale for accurate recipe control and a touch screen PLC control. It is available in a number of sizes from 2-20 litres and in stainless steel or Hastelloy C22 finishes.
