Istithmar World Capital invests in ESPA International

Istithma World Capital (IWC) has announced that it has joined forces with leading spa company, ESPA, in a deal which gives IWC a 40% stake in the business.


Istithma World Capital (IWC) has announced that it has joined forces with leading spa company, ESPA, in a deal which gives IWC a 40% stake in the business.

Since its inception in 1993, ESPA has become a leading provider of luxury spa products and services. The company currently operates in 45 countries with offices in the UK, United States and Hong Kong, with a new branch in Dubai scheduled for opening later this year. IWC is a Dubai-based private equity and alternative investment house which has invested in over 35 companies since its creation in 2003.
