Issey Miyake Parfums, beauty arm of the British fashion brand and owned by Kenneth Green Associates, is preparing to release its new lunar eclipse-inspired fragrance.
The new Noir Argent (£72) scent will join the brand’s Nuit D’Issey collection, which comprises of three other moon-inspired fragrances.
French perfumer Dominique Ropion was responsible for creating the scent blending new ingredients with the original perfume’s scent.
Noir Argent contains top notes of grapefruit, nutmeg extracts, with pink and black pepper; heart tones of olibanum and saffron-tinged black leather, designed to contract the mineral scents; and base notes of patchouli, vetiver, myrrh and labdanum.
Meanwhile, the product’s packaging mimics its eclipse theme with a matte black finish.
The fragrance brand will release the product at selected stores from 4 June.
