In-Mold Label (IML) Tubes
Combining cutting-edge IML tube technology and domestic USA production, our IML tubes pave the way to a sustainable future without compromising luxury. Our mono-material IML tubes meet APR and Recyclass recycling guidelines and are available with PCR. IML provides the ability to achieve 360˚ full surface tube decoration with virtually no limits. USA manufacturing using USA-sourced resins and labels, the IML tubes are recyclable, mono-material, and available with PCR.
Matte, Soft Touch, Glossy, Combo (matte/glossy/soft touch) finish options.

Caps & Closures
Manufactured in our ICONS America USA Headquarters facility in a variety of styles, including in-mold matte or glossy finishes, flip-top, screw-on and snap-on caps and closures for tubes, bottles and jars, available with deco alignment features. Custom designs available.

ICONS America LLC Headquarters
Based near Charlotte, North Carolina, our headquarters is home to our injection molded, In-Mold Label (IML) tube manufacturing facility, providing customers with a sustainable, made-in-the-USA manufacturing solution, reducing carbon footprint and transportation lead times for North American destinations.
Our 175,000 sq ft manufacturing facility currently specializes in injection molded, IML tubes and caps for the beauty, wellness, and health industry, with plans to expand into other Made-In-USA packaging solutions, including new innovations in tubes, caps, bottles, and jars.
We have also significantly increased our efficiency and further reduced our carbon footprint with domestically sourced resin material.
