Key responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face, providing excellent support and building strong relationships with existing customers
- Combine savvy sales skills with a passion for outstanding customer service
- Identify and connect with potential new clients to the business
- Promptly respond to any enquiries, leads or opportunities, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Demonstrate independence by prioritising tasks and accounts to hit targets
- Proudly represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, networking and building new connections
Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a genuine love of all things hair and beauty are essential to this role.
Prior customer-facing experience is ideal, but most important is enthusiasm for learning sales techniques and a proactive attitude.
