There’s no doubt that sustainability has an increasingly vocal presence in the broader beauty industry. A 2023 study by Mintel found that 67% of global consumers now look for sustainable beauty products.

‘Natural skin care’ was also the top cited claim within UK facial skin care launches in the last three months of 2023, according to the trend forecaster.
