Hermès turns to Allen Coding Systems
According to the printing specialist, the 53LTi provides many of the advanced features of more expensive thermal transfer units such as 300 dpi print resolution, cassette ribbon loading, 600-metre ribbon capacity and 53x30mm print area with print speeds of up to 400mm per second.
In the case of Hermès, the batch numbers are printed on 18x10mm transparent acetate labels, which are then applied to the bottom of the brand’s fragrance bottles.
