Perfect for Hello Kitty and makeup fantatics alike, the deluxe Hello Kitty Noir Eyeshadow and Lip Gloss palette features a stunning collection of 25 eyeshadows and 10 lipglosses.

HCT CA provided a full service for the limited edition set formulating the ultra-silky, crease proof eyeshadows that are rich in pigment and easy to blend.

The combination of non-stick, lightweight lipgloss with these highly pigmented eyeshadows allows the user to create a multitude of unique looks.
