Habia and AELP sign training agreement
Deal will boost the hair and beauty agenda
Industry body Habia is aiming to push hair and beauty further up the agenda with the government and its funding agencies after signing an agreement with the leading association for training providers in England.
Habia has agreed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) which will allow the two organisations to work together on identifying and addressing both current and future skills needs. As part of this agreement, the AELP will represent the collective interests and views of its members in hair and beauty on behalf of Habia.
The agreement with the AELP is the latest big announcement from Habia as it consolidates its position within the sector in its 25th year of operation.
