The Berkeley Square Cosmetics Company has launched a line of toiletries inspired by the Art Deco movement and the roaring twenties.
The new range features four fragrances - Fig & Cherry, Lavender, White Tea and Rose Petal - said to be reminiscent of the era yet aimed to appeal to a wide consumer target from young to the traditional English Heritage fragrance consumer. Each fragrance range comprises body lotion, shea butter soap, bath & shower cream, hand cream and edt, as well as a number of gift sets.
The packaging is the result of a partnership between the manufacturer and Illustrated London News and features illustrations from four artists from the 1920s, who were picked for their vibrant depictions of the era. Gordon Conway's illustrations adorn the Fig & Cherry range, while Felix de Gray's images of fashion from the time is featured on the Lavender line. The Rose Petal line is represented by images by Harry Dixon, and White Tea features illustrations from Batchelor.
