The US multinational accepted three minute pitches from global early stage entrepreneurs hoping for a chance to win a mentorship from the conglomerate and €5,000 of project funding.
But it was a digital biotech company from Ireland that impressed the judges with its discovery of peptides from natural plant sources using artificial intelligence and DNA analysis.
