Sue Fox, Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) President UK & Ireland, is retiring.

Fox, a long-term executive at the US beauty giant, will depart on 30 June 2025, with her successor to be announced in due course.

“I would like to personally thank Sue for so many years of incredible dedication to our business around the world,” said Peter Jueptner, Group President, International ELC, in a company memo seen by Cosmetics Business.
