Evonik has introduced a new concentrated surfactant based on RSPO-certified sustainable palm kernel oil.
The surfactant, TEGO Betain P 50 C, is said to provide an improved cost/performance ratio compared with standard CAPBs. It is also said to deliver a foam like feel due to the 38% active betaine.
TEGO Betain P 50 C is said to be suitable for a wide range of applications including body washes, shampoos, liquid soaps, foam baths, oral care and soap bars.
