The European Union (EU) Commissioner-Designate for industry, internal market, entrepreneurship and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), Polish centre-right politician Elzbieta Bienkowska, has promised to stop the revolving door of EU legislation that has complicated the establishment of cosmetics companies in the European Union.
