Pernilla Nyberg has resigned as Estée Lauder Companies’ Senior VP & General Manager, UK & Ireland, and will be succeeded by Umair Ansari, who is currently serving as the company’s Senior VP & General Manager, Travel Retail EMEA & Americas

Estée Lauder Companies’ (ELC) Pernilla Nyberg is stepping down as Senior VP & General Manager, UK & Ireland, after two years in the role.

She will be succeeded by Umair Ansari, currently ELC’s Senior VP & General Manager, Travel Retail EMEA & Americas, from 1 January 2027 to lead the company’s UK and Ireland business “into its next chapter”, based on an internal company memo seen by Cosmetics Business.
