Estée Lauder Companies’ (ELC) executive team salaries for 2026 have been revealed, including CEO Stéphane de La Faverie.
For fiscal 2026, de La Faverie earned an estimated US$20.58m, up from $9.6m the previous year, according to filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
This comprised an annual base salary of $1.5m, target incentive bonus opportunity of $3m and target equity opportunity of $10m, all remaining unchanged from 2025.

De La Faverie, who joined ELC as CEO in January 2025, also received an incremental one-time Performance Share Units (PSU) award with a grant date value of approximately $6.20m.
His annual equity-based compensation had an aggregate value of approximately $10m, comprising 60% stock options and 40% Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
