ESPA releases fitness-inspired range of body care products

Skin expert brand ESPA combines the knowledge of traditional holistic therapies with science to create its products

ESPA has introduced a new fitness-inspired collection of body care products.

The new collection has been designed for consumers to use pre and post-workout.

The Muscle Rescue Balm (70g, £30) combines kelp, eucalyptus and coconut, peppermint, clove bud and bay oils to help revive muscles and relieve tension.

ESPA recommends to apply a small amount to muscles and work into the skin in circular and upward motions, or apply to pulse points to inhale the scents.

The Fitness Shower Oil (250ml, £32) features eucalyptus and coconut, olive, peppermint, clove bud and bay oils, which are said to help soothe muscles and hydrate skin.

The products are available online at ESPA spas and salons worldwide, select John Lewis and Harvey Nichols stores in the UK and Liberty, London.

ESPA combines the science of natural ingredients with traditional holistic therapies in order to create its products.
