Elementis acquires The Fanning Corporation and Fancor Limited
Elementis Specialties, a division of Elementis, has acquired all of the assets of The Fanning Corporation and Fancor Limited, one of North America’s largest lanolin and lanolin derivatives suppliers.
Elementis Specialties, a division of Elementis, has acquired all of the assets of The Fanning Corporation and Fancor Limited, one of North America’s largest lanolin and lanolin derivatives suppliers.
Elementis Specialties says that Fancor’s products, which also include eco-friendly meadowfoam and Abyssinian oil derivatives, will integrate well with its own bentone and bentone gel rheological additives, creating opportunities for Elementis to work more closely with its customers in the personal care, hair care, skin care, colour cosmetics and antiperspirant markets.
