Diptyque is hosting a pop-up inspired by 1960s Paris and its famous Orphéon jazz club to promote one of its bestselling fragrances.
The UK-based ‘Ephemeral Space’ activation will pay tribute to the popular jazz club, which was once located beside the Parisian luxury perfumer’s first boutique at 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain, where Diptyque’s founders would gather.
The brand is inviting visitors to “relive that vibrant era”, while spotlighting Diptyque’s Orphéon – a unisex woody chypre fragrance inspired by this jazz bar.
The pop-up has been created in partnership with Parisian record store Superfly Records, which is bringing a jazz vinyl experience inspired by Orphéon to life in the space.
“Music is central to our story as Orphéon was a vibrant cultural meeting place shaped by live jazz and creative exchange,” Amanda Morgan, Managing Director of Diptyque UK & Ireland, told Cosmetics Business.
