Delhaize completes the sale of its beauty business

Retailer Delhaize has announced the completion of the sale of its beauty and body care business Di to Compagnie Nationale A Portefeuille and Ackermans & van Haaren. The supermarket chain closed the deal on 30 June, reportedly receiving €33.4m in cash.
