Coty appoints Pathfinder 23 to drive core beauty brands e-commerce

The creativity and technology company will be responsible for ten of the company’s brands

Beauty manufacturing company Coty has appointed Pathfinder 23 as its global e-commerce agency.

The brand activation agency will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce scope, from design to content implementation across ten of the company’s brands.

Brands include: Bourjois, CoverGirl, Manhattan, Rimmel, Max Factor, Wella, Clairol, Sally Hansen, Adidas and Mass Fragrances.

Coty will be looked after by Pathfinder 23’s senior management team, led by Mark Rozycki, Pathfinder 23’s Client Service Director and Szymon Donzal, VP and Managing Partner.

Domzal said: “Our ambition is to take a two-step approach to shifting all Coty Consumer Beauty brands within the global e-commerce environment.

“We know it is possible in the spirit of a true partnership between Coty and Pathfinder 23.”

He continues: “The first step is to create extraordinary e-commerce assets for all global brands. The second is to deliver excellence in execution in local markets.”

Coty’s Director of e-commerce Aurélia Hirsinger added: “We chose Pathfinder 23 as their experience and forward-thinking approach to e-commerce makes a real difference.

“E-commerce is one of the crucial business areas we focus on globally, which is why we need a solid and flexible partner capable of delivering best-in-class solution within such a dynamically changing environment.”
