Continuous system claims zero operation error

Romaco Frymakoruma has found a solution for continuous manufacture of semi-solids and claims to offer efficient production.

The automated production system is said to work with a variety of applications such as toothpaste and hair products. Along with efficiency, the manufacturing solution promises safety. With its batch expertise, Romaco Frymakoruma says its product will eliminate operation error.

In addition to the system’s productivity, it guarantees a long shelf-life with excellent filling properties and offers flexibility with additives. If required, the system allows preference in wetting steps and heating and cooling options.

According to engineering manager for Frymakoruma, Patrick Weisser: “The resulting system ensures that throughout the process, all important parameters are under online control, with fully automated dosing and monitoring. After each step, factors such as temperature, viscosity, flow rate, pressure, density and even pH-value can be checked, with information continuously available on the operator panel.”
