ColepCCL, a major European supplier of aerosol-based products, has signed an agreement that will lead to the acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH.


ColepCCL, a major European supplier of aerosol-based products, has signed an agreement that will lead to the acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH.

Cezwo has over 40 years of experience in contract manufacturing and filling of aerosols and liquid products. According to ColepCCL, the acquisition will allow both manufacturers to complement and further expand their respective strengths.

The new company, which is expected to operate under a different name, will have combined sales of €520m, operate in five countries across nine manufacturing sites and will employ 2,800 people. It will be managed by local teams, ensuring a focus on specific customer needs.

The deal is expected to close by the end of September. Until then, both companies will continue to be managed independently by their respective management teams.
