Cognis wins communication awards

Cognis has received five Spotlight awards from the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) for its internal and corporate communications. The speciality chemicals supplier won two gold awards for its Pocket Guide and 2008 Feelosophy campaign.


Cognis has received five Spotlight awards from the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) for its internal and corporate communications. The speciality chemicals supplier won two gold awards for its Pocket Guide and 2008 Feelosophy campaign.

The Cognis Pocket Guide, a reference source for employees, scored 94 out of a maximum of 100 points, impressing judges with its “broad and in-depth presentation of Cognis”. Feelosophy, a campaign designed to show how the company meets the needs of the wellness market through a holistic approach to product development, also scooped gold.

In addition, The Cognis 2007 Annual and Sustainability Reports and the company’s communications on sustainability were among the silver award winners.
