Drugs and cosmetics distributor Co-Capital has acquired a minority stake in the Alès Groupe, and the group has also appointed a new chairman of the board in the shape of Frédéric Poux. 

Co-Capital is a holding company that brings together several companies specialising in international medicines and cosmetics distribution and production and it has been a ‘trusted partner’ of Alès for several years in Morocco.
