Kim Fenn, Elemis’ Sustainability Project Lead, is a 23-year veteran of the British skin care brand. 

Here Fenn discusses career highs, such as achieving B Corp certification in 2023, something she calls a pivotal moment in both her career and the brand’s history.

"I believe that having a clear sustainability roadmap is vital to building a brand of the future," she tells Cosmetics Business.
