Brussels removes duties on key personal care product inputs

The European Commission has proposed that unlimited duty-free imports into the EU are allowed until December 2013 for two key personal care product inputs. These are palm oil, coconut (copra) oil and palm kernel oil used for making fatty alcohols in cosmetics manufacture; and hydrogenated and texturised jojoba oil.
