Boohoo Brands will feature more than 150 leading beauty, fashion and lifestyle companies, including L’Oréal Paris and Garnier

Boohoo is launching a new online marketplace in a bid to become a “one-stop destination” for fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Boohoo Brands will debut on 31 July and host a curated edit of more than 150 major brands.

Revolution Beauty, L’Oréal Paris and Garnier are among the beauty companies which will be hosted on the online fashion player’s new platform.

Boohoo is Revolution Beauty’s largest shareholder, with a 26.5% stake in the company.

Accessories from fashion brands Marc Jacobs, Ray-Ban and Michael Kors will also be available, as well as clothing from Off White and Urban Bliss.

It is a strategic move by the company to diversify its position to “remain a leading destination for UK consumers,” said Boohoo’s Chief Product Officer James Blacklock.

The marketplace will also help Boohoo “leverage its vast network to quickly onboard new brands and maintain robust relationships with existing partners,” added Blacklock.

“This initiative reflects our commitment to providing our customers with diverse and high-quality options, all in one convenient place.”
