Bonne Bell, the company behind Lip Smackers lip gloss, will see its facility in Westlake, Ohio auctioned off by New Mill Capital on 23 July.
The cosmetic manufacturing and distribution facility was shuttered earlier this year, when it was announced that 91 employees would also be laid off at the site. The job losses came into effect on 29 March.
The job cuts and facility closure followed the sale of Bonne Bell and its brand Lip Smacker to Markwins in January.
Parties interested in making a bid for the assets can do so online from 21-23 July.
Bonne Bell was founded in 1927 in Lakewood, Ohio. Its headquarters are situated in Westlake.
