The eponymous debut fragrance from novelist Danielle Steel has been launched as part of a licensing deal with Elizabeth Arden. Simply entitled Danielle, the fresh floriental was created by IFF’s Loc Dong. The fragrance opens with green notes of mandarin, blending into a heart of butterfly jasmine, sunset orchid and hydroponic rose, which is said to represent the romance of Steel’s best-selling novels. Finally the dry down is created with blue vetiver, white amber and cashmere musks.
Also new from the Arden stable is the debut fragrance from singer and actress Hilary Duff. With Love...Hilary Duff is an exotic sparkling fragrance featuring notes of mangosteen fruit and spices at the top, cocobolo wood and mangosteen blossom at the heart, and sheer amber milk and amber musk at the base. The bottle takes its inspiration from the current vintage trend and features a multifaceted glass flacon with a citrine stone-inspired cap.
