Cosmetics subscription brand Beauty Pie has appointed Sabeen Mian as its first-ever President.
She will work to scale-up the company’s growth and brand awareness in the new role.
Mian previously served as the Senior VP at cosmetics and skin care subscription brand Beauty For All Industries (BFA).
Prior to this she held roles as General Manager and Senior VP of Merchandising at BFA’s subsidiary brand Ipsy.
Ipsy is a subscription service which provides subscribers with a make-up bag of five cosmetics samples.
Beauty Pie was founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneur Marcia Kilgore, and was created as a one-stop destination for luxury beauty products at 'warehouse prices'.
The D2C brand claims it does charge consumers for the ‘middleman’ or retailer mark-ups.
In June, Beauty Pie hosted a pop-up store in Covent Garden, London.
The event was the retailer’s second foray into physical retail and ran from 30 June to 11 July.
