With over 30 years of experience in aromatherapy and essential oils, Geraldine Howard co-founded Aromatherapy Associates in 1985. Today, the brand is present in hotels, resorts and day spas across the globe, and the past year has seen some rapid development for the company. In February, Aromatherapy Associates, which had previously been majority-owned by Optivi Limited, was acquired by B&B Investment Partners. In September, it launched into Champneys spas in the UK, and at the end of last year Howard launched purse-friendly aromatherapy skin care line Aroma Actives.
