Lennox has a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Florida and has also previously studied at The American University of Paris. He began his career in sales and marketing at American Express. He then joined Graham Packaging, where he ran a number of global businesses, including Graham’s Personal Care and Speciality Business. Arcade Beauty is the result of a merger between Bioplan and Arcade Marketing which completed in 2014. The companies were both producing sampling solutions for the cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and healthcare industries and now work together with combined sales of $450m.
At the time of the merger, Serge Jureidini was appointed CEO of the new company having served as CEO and President at Arcade Marketing. He had previously worked at L’Oréal in a number of key roles.
Lennox commented: “I am delighted to be joining Arcade Beauty and excited to have the opportunity to build on the successes achieved to date. Although Arcade Beauty is a new entity following the merger of Arcade Marketing and Bioplan, the business is built on a solid foundation of innovation, quality and great people. I firmly believe that by deepening our understanding of the value proposition being delivered by our customers’ brands, we can better tailor our services and products to support their marketing efforts. This will be a focus for us as we go forward.”
