Do good feel good
This year the NFL teams up with United Way again for the Play60 project inspiring the next generation to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. Here at Anisa International we’re giving thanks by donating turkeys and some of the 'fixins' for 150 families through Families First, who is also a partner of United Way.

Shana says... pamper yourself with pumpkin

Body & foot scrub recipe
- 1/2 can of pumpkin
- 1/4 cup olive oil (almond or coconut oil can also be used)
- 2 cups sugar or salt
- You can also add in your favorite essential oils
Blend all ingredients together and put into a reusable bag.
TIP: You want the mixture to be thick and not feel runny to the touch. Focus on the hard working areas like elbows, hands and feet.
