Julia Tissot-Gaillard’s family legacy is deeply rooted in the care industry. The French executive took over the 150-year-old family compacy Altesse Studio from her stepfather Jacques Gaillard in 2015 as a sixth generation of artisan hairbrush makers.

The leading manufacturer of luxury hairbrushes in France, Altesse Studio is behind many ‘made in France’ brushes as well as its own line.

Created with olive wood, along with bioplastic or upcycled boar bristles, the handmade brand is growing from strength to strength as it ventures internationally to help consumers elevate the everyday.
