Advocacy Manager - London, Hybrid - £50-60,000 (AE617911)

We are looking for a commercially-focused, strategic Advocacy Manager to join a fast-growing company that creates tech tools for brands in the digital marketing space.

Using skills acquired in an advocacy role with a brand or platform, you will build and plan campaigns for your brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and grow customer programs, reporting to the department head
  • Leverage your customer engagement experience, scaling programs for growth
  • Boost customer participation across industries, working closely with internal teams
  • Lead brand partner projects, proactively managing timelines, assets, onboarding, tech setup
  • Monitor live campaigns, addressing challenges, providing post-campaign analytics
  • Inform product development by sharing brand partner needs with the senior team
  • Drive the production of compelling customer stories, case studies and assets
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic customer relationships

To thrive in this position, you need a record of success in customer advocacy. Experience in digital marketing or B2B technology, particularly with beauty or CPG brands, is a strong advantage.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in the central London office.
