Accupac joins Paradigm for Parity

Joining the Paradigm for Parity coalition is a huge and important next step toward workplace equality for all

We’re so excited to announce today that we’ve joined Paradigm for Parity! In 2015, a group of women executives founded Paradigm for Parity®. Their goal was to build a global coalition of member companies working together to develop and promote strategies for equalizing corporate leadership opportunities for women of all races, cultures, and backgrounds. Paradigm for Parity supports its member companies—nearly 150 strong today—in achieving gender parity, including racial equity, in their corporate leadership within 15 years of joining the coalition.

Today, Paradigm for Parity is helping to change the narrative around parity and uplift the voices of those historically excluded—and it’s about more than the story we tell. We’re ready to start implementing the Paradigm for Parity® 5-Point Action Plan, the only roadmap that lays out proactive steps companies can take in order to advance workplace equality for all.

We’re also excited to work with the actionable strategies and proven programs Paradigm for Parity has developed that transform corporate culture, so that women of all races, cultures and backgrounds have equal power and opportunity. These strategies include a toolkit that offers practical resources, a sponsorship program that matches women of potential with sponsors who can help them advance their careers, and a Profit & Loss Leadership Accelerator Program designed to fast-track women, particularly multicultural women, into senior operating roles that lead to C-Suite positions.

As Paradigm for Parity coalition members, we’re committed to these goals in our workplace culture:

  • Eliminate or minimize unconscious bias in the workplace;
  • Significantly increase the number of women in senior operating roles;
  • Measure targets and maintain accountability by providing regular progress reports;
  • Base career progress on business results and performance, rather than physical presence in the office; and
  • Provide sponsors, not just mentors, to women who are well-positioned for long-term success.
