Standalone filler benefits from remote control

Cap Coder’s new Alphafill is a standalone peristaltic filling machine for precisely controlled dosing of liquds during the production of cosmetics.

Equipped with a top quality peristaltic pump head powered by a variable speed dc motor, the filler also boasts a touch screen operator interface that enables exact dosages to be dispensed.

The Alphafill can be used manually or remotely controlled by a programmable logic controller forming part of a capping machine, or other process machinery, via an industry standard 5-pin 180 degree socket. For products likely to drip, the pump motor is equipped with a reverse suck back feature. Where necessary, two peristalitic pump heads can be fitted for faster filling or twin-filling operation.
