The shortlist for this year’s Pure Beauty Awards is finally here, which means voting is officially open for the must-have beauty products of 2016.
The winners are voted for by the magazine’s readers so make sure you help your favourite brands and products win by going to purebeautyawards.com today as voting must close at 5pm (UK time) on 23 September.
The Pure Beauty Awards acknowledges the best in beauty with the most effective, exciting and innovative products launched over the past 12 months taking centre stage.
There are 35 awards categories this year, including a new Best New Ethnic Beauty Product category to celebrate and acknowledge the UK’s growing ethnic beauty sector.
The male grooming sector is also one to keep an eye on in the UK retail market so Pure Beauty has expanded the number of categories specifically for male grooming products with awards for Best New Male Shaving & Beard Product, Best New Male Hair Product and Best New Male Fragrance.
Pure Beauty is a retail trade magazine so it is very proud to launch a category, which acknowledges how the industry communicates new products and concepts to the retail market. This special category called Best New Trade Advertising Campaign will be voted for by Pure Beauty’s judging panel and will be announced on the night so watch this space.
The magazine was inundated with entries this year so the Cosmetics Business editorial team, including Pure Beauty’s Editor Laura Husband, Pure Beauty and Cosmetics Business News Reporter Rachel Lawler, Cosmetics Business News Editor Lucy Copp and SPC’s Editor Julia Wray, had the challenging task of narrowing down the entries to the final shortlist.
