UPI doubles the dose

Unicep Packaging Inc has created a system designed to keep two components separate until the point of use. The DualDose Modified Blow-Fill-Seal package comprises an outer tube with a vial inside. When the user bends the outer tube to snap the inside vial the two components become mixed and the mixed components can then be dispensed by twisting the tip of the outer tube and squeezing. The vials are manufactured with UPI’s proprietary in-line modified BFS process using recyclable resins. Meanwhile, the outer tube can be pre-printed for marketing purposes.
