Unilever is set to replace chairman Michael Treschow and according to media reports has asked headhunters Russell Reynolds Associates to put out feelers.

Jeff Stent, analyst at Exane BNP Paribas, told Cosmetics Business: “It makes sense – existing Chairman of an age… [The] priority for new Chairman will be CEO succession planning; I ‘guesstimate’ that Polman [current CEO] likely has around 2-3 years left). Other than that – not much.” So there do not seem to be any major changes in terms of strategy forecast.
