Both Unilever and Beiersdorf have made strategic new hires in the past few weeks.

Unilever has announced Graeme Pitkethly, 48, will be its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Pitkethly is currently Executive VP of Unilever’s UK and Ireland business. Meanwhile Beiersdorf, the maker of Nivea, has lured in Colgate Finance Director Jesper Andersen, 45, as its new CFO.
