Toni&Guy has unveiled a significant ownership and leadership shake-up, as CEO Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck takes majority ownership of the UK hair care brand.

Mascolo-Tarbuck has obtained full voting control at both board and shareholder level.

Label.M – the professional hair care brand co-founded by Mascolo-Tarbuck and her late father, Toni&Guy co-founder Toni Mascolo – is also now wholly owned and fully controlled by the senior executive.

The business’ structural shake-up claims to be focused on creating a unified leadership set up across both brands. 

This will aim to provide clarity of direction and a strengthened platform for long-term global growth, by making it “more streamlined and accountable”, Mascolo-Tarbuck told Cosmetics Business.
