Wine-stained lip woes are looking to be a thing of the past, as more beauty brands are reimagining the alcohol accident into merlot-inspired make-up.

Opportunities to wear make-up have been few and far between in the past year, but with Christmas parties just around the corner, the latest wine-stained lip trend might help with any tipsy lipstick mishaps.

Thanks to Gen Z-favourite social media platform TikTok, beauty lovers have introduced wine lip tint from colour cosmetics brand Aliver that has taken the platform by storm.
