The idea of a combo jar isn't new, but at TKK, the concept has been taken to new levels if you consider the vast range of customization possibilities available. First, the client can choose from two types of aluminum caps, either with diamond or flat cap with emboss logo. Next, the colours - the client can select the colours for the cap, the outer jar, the inner cup, all of which are mixed in-house according to the client's needs. Logos can be hot-stamped (the default colours are gold or silver - for custom colours, the company outsources to a supplier) or silkscreened (here the company mixes in-house).
The great thing is that whatever process the client chooses for colour spray painting, it can either be placed on the outside of the outer jar or inside of the cup, so the client can choose different depths with shadows to match. The logo can look like a floating, ethereal-type image if it's far out or can be a protected stamp if it's on the inside.
The jars are available in a range of sizes (10/15/20/30/50 ml). Lead time varies according to the customization options selected, but the whole process is comparatively FAST.
