Tarte enters lip plumping territory

Tarte Cosmetics has introduced Perma Pout liquid lipstick and lipgloss duos to be sold as a set of two - warm rose and cool rose. The double ended products feature liquid lipstick at one end and a mint scented clear moisturising gloss at the other.
