Swiss suspect price fixing

Switzerland has become the latest country to probe it’s C&T industry for possible price fixing. Swiss competition authorities are investigating the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of the Cosmetic and Perfumery Industry (ASCOPA) following complaints that pricing information had been exchanged among members of ASCOPA.

Swiss competition authorities are investigating the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of the Cosmetic and Perfumery Industry (ASCOPA) following complaints that pricing information had been exchanged among members of ASCOPA.

Members of the association include Chanel Geneve SA, L’Oréal Produits de Luxe Suisse SA, Parfum Christian Dior AG and Coty Switzerland.
