Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie has scooped the Jury’s Favourite Award at the Formes de Luxe Awards 2021, which took place 28 September during Luxe Pack Monaco.
The glass specialist won for its Perfume Gun, Editions Frédéric Malle, whose shape is described as a mix of functionality, innovation and humour.
The bottle, which marks the first collaboration between Stoelzle and the Estée Lauder Companies-owned label, is treated with an innovative powder coating called Quali Glass Coat 2.0, a 40 micron powder coating, which gives a smooth surface with a high-end matte finish.
The eco-friendly powder coating not only increases the mechanical resistance of the bottles’ surfaces, but it is solvent free and helps save up to 77% of CO2 emissions compared with standard lacquering.
The Jury’s Favourite Award was received by Dimitri Guichard, Procurement Senior Manager, Global Supplier Relations, Editions Frédéric Malle and kilian Paris at The Estée Lauder Companies, and Etienne Gruyez, CEO Head of Perfumery & Cosmetics Business Unit at Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie.
